Browse our hundred of ideas and submit an enquiry via our website. You will be assigned your own dedicated event planner who will be with you throughout the process from start to finish. We'll help you build the perfect plan for your group and budget.

Dedicated Event Planner
Your dedicated event planner will reach out to you to review your options and refine your plan. Make as many changes as you like, we are here to help! We can help you via phone or email 6 days a week.

Review Your Plan Options
Our team will send you an online link with access to your detailed event plan. Here you can see all your options and chat with your planner to make changes until it fits just right.

Book with a $99 Deposit
Once you are happy with your bucks weekend, it's time to book. Most of the time all we need is a single $99 deposit to get started. You will receive confirmation from our team and you can start collecting the funds from your group.

Manage Your Payments
You will need to make a couple of payments and ensure the balance of your booking is paid in full prior to your event. Our team will provide you with various payment options to make the process hassle-free.

Receive Your Plan
Once your event is paid in full, our team will pull together your final itinerary. This will contain all the information you need to send the buck off with one great adventure. Share the plan with your group using an unique plan web link.

Sit back, relax. Your job is done. Now it is time to enjoy the epic bucks weekend you have planned. No surprises, no hiccups, just an awesome time!
